Terms of Use
1. The service and agreement
These terms govern your use of Eventpreneur Network, operated by Eventpreneur LLP, Bungalow 60, Gera Greenville, Survey 64, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or using member services, you agree to these terms. Contact hello@eventpreneur.in with questions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorised to provide the information you submit. Keep account information accurate and credentials secure. Do not share accounts, impersonate others or use another person’s membership. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Registration creates an account; it does not automatically verify membership or grant private benefits.
3. Membership and joining fees
Membership is reviewed by the team. The current joining fee and included benefits are stated on the joining page before payment. Membership is individual unless expressly agreed otherwise. Existing members should claim their access rather than pay again. Payment alone does not guarantee approval. If an application is declined after payment, contact the team to resolve the payment. Statutory consumer rights and any express purchase commitments are not excluded by these terms.
4. Member benefits and third-party services
Approved members may receive access to the Core Circle, hiring channels, directory listings, Skillathon and other tools as described. Some benefits depend on role, verification or availability. StageSkanner requires verified agency access under its own rules. Third-party group platforms, payment providers and external tools have their own terms. We do not guarantee leads, placements, bookings, income, attendance or business outcomes.
5. Profiles and contributions
You remain responsible for your submissions and retain your intellectual property. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to host, display, format and distribute approved content within the network and its promotional channels for the purposes for which you submitted it, with appropriate attribution. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for photos, logos, articles and personal information. We may review, decline, correct formatting or remove submissions that breach these terms. Request removal through support.
6. Community conduct and hiring
Treat others professionally. Do not spam, harass, discriminate, mislead, scrape private data, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or disclose confidential information without permission. Job posts must be lawful, accurate and authorised. We facilitate introductions; employers and candidates are responsible for their own recruitment decisions, checks and agreements. Group access is personal and invitation links must not be redistributed.
7. Learning sessions
Session schedules, hosts and availability may change. Educational content is provided for general learning and does not replace specialist advice. Do not record, redistribute or commercially reuse sessions without permission. Member teams may attend eligible sessions under the published registration arrangements.
8. Moderation and suspension
We may restrict content or suspend access for suspected misuse, security concerns, non-compliance or inaccurate membership claims. Where reasonably possible we will explain the reason and offer an opportunity to respond. Contact support to request a review. We may act promptly to protect members or comply with law.
9. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful and reliable platform but cannot promise uninterrupted service or the accuracy of every member submission. Verify information before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party conduct, independent business dealings or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes, closure and disputes
You may request account closure through support. We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes as appropriate. Existing express membership commitments remain subject to their agreed terms and applicable law. Indian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights that apply to you. Please contact us first to resolve concerns; competent courts and statutory dispute forums retain their applicable jurisdiction.
