Privacy Policy
1. Who operates this platform
Eventpreneur Network is operated by Eventpreneur LLP, Bungalow 60, Gera Greenville, Survey 64, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra, India. We operate online and serve the event industry. Contact hello@eventpreneur.in for privacy questions or use the Contact page.
2. Information we collect
We collect account identifiers, your name and email, membership applications and verification details, business profile content, public contact information you choose to publish, contributions, session registrations, support requests and administrative activity records. Our hosting and authentication providers process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, including device, browser, request and security information.
3. Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, we use your basic Google identity information, such as your name, email address and profile picture, to create or authenticate your account. Signing in does not give us access to your Gmail messages, contacts, Drive files or Google Calendar. A separate integration, if offered, will explain its purpose and request its own permission. You can remove the connection through your Google Account settings.
4. How we use information
We use information to manage accounts, verify membership, maintain profiles, provide member benefits, review and publish contributions, administer learning sessions, respond to requests, prevent misuse and keep security and administrative records. Optional marketing communications are separate from necessary account and service messages.
5. Public and private information
Approved directory profiles and approved news, articles and mentor information are public. Only provide contact details and content that you are authorised to publish. Membership applications, internal reviews and private group links are restricted to the relevant account and authorised administrators. Other members cannot browse your private application. Private group participants may see the details you share within those groups under the third-party platform’s settings.
6. Sharing and service providers
We use Base44 to host the platform, store application data and provide authentication. Google supports Google sign-in and, where configured, team email services. We share information with service providers as needed to deliver their services, with people you choose to contact, and when required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights. We do not sell your personal information. Public content can be accessed, copied or indexed by others.
7. Payments and other tools
Joining payments are handled by the payment provider linked on the joining page. Do not submit card details through profiles or support forms. StageSkanner and other external tools have their own access checks and privacy notices. A link to a tool does not automatically transfer your private membership records or grant access.
8. Retention and security
We retain information while it is needed for membership, delivery of services, security, handling disputes and applicable record-keeping obligations. You can request account closure or deletion; we may retain limited records where required or justified for these purposes. We restrict data access and review permissions, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload identity documents, passwords or sensitive candidate records to public fields.
9. Your choices
You may update your profile through the member hub, ask us to correct information, request deletion or withdrawal of a public listing, and opt out of marketing. Contact hello@eventpreneur.in with your request; we may verify your identity before acting. Your rights depend on applicable law. Revoking Google access does not by itself delete your Eventpreneur Network account.
10. Cookies, international processing and updates
Necessary browser storage supports sign-in and application operation. Service providers may process data in locations outside your country under their applicable terms and safeguards. We will update this notice when our practices change and communicate material changes where appropriate. The service is intended for adult professional users, not children.
